We Need to Work Like We Believe It!
“Every valley shall be filled, and every mountain and hill shall be made low, and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough ways made smooth, and all flesh shall see the salvation of God.'" - Luke 3:6-7
The good news, the gospel found in Luke says that all humanity will see the deliverance, salvation, liberation of God. The vision is of a world the prophet’s described as a place where everyone will be able to sit under the shade of their own grapevine. (Micah 4:4)
If we believe and embrace this vision, we have to be willing to work for it. The verses immediately preceding the one quoted above call for us to prepare the way for the Lord.
If we believe the gospel message, we need to live and work as if we do.
