The Texaco Camaro Show is a motorsports video podcast that is dedicated to understanding the unfiltered stories of real drivers, privateers and motorsports industry experts. The focus is on their unique life experiences as men and women of motorsports. The show is hosted by Jason Bottenfield, owner and driver of the Texaco Camaro.
The guests on the show come from various backgrounds and many (like ourselves) we respectfully call the "lesser known-known" of motorsports. They are given a platform to share their motorsports journey and what is important to them. During the show, they will discuss their origin story (from childhood antics to racing), victories and defeats, successes and challenges, and the positives and negatives of motorsports in a respectful, but honest manner.
A fun side of the show is that every guest has 15 minutes on our shop simulator rig running the famous Road America track in a Corvette C7.R - so things get competitive between guests as we see who comes out on top.
If you are looking for a straightforward and genuine perspective on what it's like to be involved in various levels of motorsports racing, then this is the right show for you.
