Welcome to Disabled_Family with Chris Felder – a YouTube Channel dedicated to advocating for positive change in the family court system. Chris and the team are part of the 10th Judicial Circuit’s Family Law Advisory Group (FLAG), committed to ushering in a new era in family law practice.

At Disabled_Family, we believe in open communication among all stakeholders to achieve the goals of family courts. Our mission is to ensure fair, timely, and cost-efficient resolution of family disputes, prioritizing the well-being of children and families. We advocate for parenting plans that consider public health data and scientific thinking, promoting the child's best interests.

Parental alienation is a critical issue we address, recognizing it as a form of emotional and psychological abuse affecting the child's welfare. Our channel educates court professionals on the triggers and effects of trauma, emphasizing the protection of families under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

We emphasize the importance of inclusivity, rejecting preconceptions like "noncustodial parent" in favor of "co-parent." Disabled_Family advocates for transparency in court proceedings, with a call for open access to audio recordings of family dispute hearings.

Our monthly Zoom meetings aim to foster intelligent, sustainable, and socially equitable reforms in family law. We encourage dialogue with legislators, court officials, and community groups to implement best practices based on family systems, mental health, and behavioral sciences.

Join us as we question policies conflicting with our principles and actively express concern over actions that diminish a parent's equal rights without due process. Disabled_Family is your go-to source for informed discussions, fostering positive change in family law for the benefit of families and children. Subscribe now and be part of the movement for a more just and compassionate family court system!
