We have to make decisions every day and sometimes we are not making conscious decisions on how much its going to cost us in time or in money. If someone said can you do this for me and its going to cost you 6 hours- would you say Yes? We say Yes to things and don't realise how long it takes or we pay for something which will cost money but will give us the time back. In life majority of things will cost you Time or Money and sometimes it will be both but when you step back to make decisions and then conclude which one you are willing to give up then you make more conscious and contented decisions.
