This is a show about healing and how I’ve learned to rebuild my life from rock bottom to the overwhelming joy and peace I’ve found now. For me personally, it comes with a sense of urgency and responsibility to share so I’m using those lessons to send messages to my younger self, who I know could’ve really used some help at the time. As I guide her through this crazy beautiful journey we all call ‘life’...most of all, I’m hoping to help you find some healing along the way too! Here, we learn how to release fear, anxiety, negativity and doubt. We create abundance through compassion, through forgiveness and through grace. This ultimately creates the space within us to start living a life from a place of love, light and understanding where we no longer allow our ego to rule. If the world has been unkind to you and you’re looking for something to believe in... believe in this work by believing in yourself. This is a safe space that’s open to any and everyone!
