This is our first, and certainly not our last, episode in English, and for this occasion, we are delighted to welcome Lucas Nanini, co-founder of the clean skincare brand for babies, NOLEO.

We met Lucas a few years ago, when he was working for Coty and had decided to partner with us on some Social Media Intelligence projects.

He is a powerhouse, a true trailblazer in the field of innovation, and this conversation is filled with lessons from both his experience working in large corporations and also launching his own brand.

In the podcast discussion, Lucas shares insights and stories from his experience leading on innovation in large corporations. Although an early advocate for consumer-centricity, he explains why his deep knowledge of consumer behavior and trends have led him to now talk about human-centricity instead - and why groups or communities should be central to product development and brand strategies, as opposed to individuals.

We also discuss the key roles proximity and agility play in innovation and how he and his co-founder prioritize engaging with customers directly to ensure they are always in synch.
