The panel is moderated by Mads Qvist Frederiksen, Executive Director, Arctic Economic Council.

This event originally took place at the 2023 Arctic Circle Assembly and was organized in collaboration with the Arctic Economic Council and the Korean Polar Research Institute (KOPRI).

It is an open democratic platform with participation from governments, organizations, corporations, universities, think tanks, environmental associations, Indigenous communities, concerned citizens, and others interested in the development of the Arctic and its consequences for the future of the globe.
