This is a place I have used for probably countless hours, and it's been mentioned by a couple of guests over the past month...sitting alone in your car for even 5 minutes is a high form of self care, in my opinion! I'm sharing how to use this habit hack and a few examples of healthy habits that don't take time that you can do in your car! This might seem tiny, but it for sure adds up over time!
