Jay Tholen is the mind behind Dropsy The Clown, and also a great guy who once worked for a mafia telemarketing firm. I met Jay when I was hired to be Dropsy as we stormed the video game media outlets in San Francisco, California, ending up appearing on Up At Noon, and giving out many hugs.
It was great fun catching up with Jay from his new home in Germany where he continues to make bizarre and beautiful video games.
